Get to Know Cordelia:

As a mother of six, being a speaker, author and founder of Workout Around My Day, I know what it’s like to feel like you have little or no time to take care of your health. My mission is to help women, especially moms to build a system of self-nurturing so that they can get from the Chaos of wanting to be healthy to the Calm of actually doing it!

With Workout Around My Day women start nurturing with wholesome food, energizing with movement, and reframing their perspective with sweet talk.

As a Holistic Life Coach, my mission is to prevent moms from neglecting themselves to the point of adrenal issues, thyroid issues, diabetes, heart disease and even cancer. These all result from lasting stress, being overweight and not exercising.


That’s why I started live streaming in 2016 to spread my message globally. “I feel that moms are the pillars of society and that is why I want them to create a total system of self-nurturing”.

As the Founder of Workout Around My Day and The Stress Less Mom(TM) System. I’ve created this three-step process over the past fifteen years to help raise my six children. With this process, moms like you can thrive and prioritize yourself by nourishing with wholesome food, energizing with movement and encouraging yourself with sweet talk.

Do you find self-care overwhelming? This is where I found myself as a Corporate Accountant and commuting mom in 2002, and needed to find an easier way to provide a peaceful environment and wholesome food for my family. Beginning with a stressful second pregnancy resulting in postpartum depression and excessive weight gain, she started researching and implementing foods and exercises to be centered, peaceful and whole.

Fast forward to 2010, I started blogging during her fifth pregnancy which was the humble beginnings of her book, Workout Around My Day: the Only Health Guide Moms Need.

I bring to you, my 15 years of research into the best nutrition and exercise techniques to maintain fitness. Applying the lessons learned in my own personal life, I used my own life as a case study so that you don’t have to go through the “trial and terror”. Part of my experiment was to see if I could fit into the size 4 custom fit dress after having two kids and after the age of forty. I did it!!

  2. I am just starting to look into holistic ways of life. I feel like we have always looked towards professional/medical help to assist us with answering questions or aid us in how to respond to what is happening around us.

  4. This sounds great! I love learning about more holistic ways of healing and living. It seems adopting a healthier lifestyle is needed for my family and I know it can only benefit us. Sometimes being a mom can be so challenging that we never get a chance to do anything for ourselves but we need to take our health more seriously!

  6. This is great. I know my day often gets away from me, and then I have a hard time fitting in a work out. I tend to get on track and start feeling great about it, and then I self sabotage for some reason. Something I need to work on.

  7. As a mom of 4, I am totally enamored with Coredila. I have sat back and just let previous doctors prescribe meds to me, without thinking. After having my fourth I learned myself there is a better way, to nurture my body.
