Our immune system protects our bodies from foreign invaders and the way it does that is through little bouts of inflammation.  But for many the inflammation persists all day every day; chronic inflammation causes fatigue,  depression, heart disease, diabetes and even Alzehemir’s disease. I have been trying to master artisan bread for years, and I mean FOR YEARS. I never seem to get it right; it is either comes out as hard as a hockey puck, or it has more holes in it than a piece of swiss cheese.  I found several no knead recipes on the web, but none of them used bread flour(to me the bread is lighter when you use bread flour) several like this one used the pot but not bread flour.

This recipe is another one of our kid’s favorites. It is super simple to make, easy to clean-up and I usually have leftovers for the next day’s lunch. The best part of all it is extremely healthy and a wonderful source of protein.

2.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
