We love this Creamy Avocado Dressing we drizzle it on just about everything!  Perfect for blackened fish tacos, veggie dip & so much more.

Yield: about 2 cups

1 large avocado, peeled and mashed with 2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup canned coconut milk

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup chopped sweet onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

Dash cayenne pepper

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Chill and serve.

  19. Yum, this sounds really good, and I love the ingredients-all fresh and healthy and vegetarian. 🙂 I need to figure out what a replacement for the sour cream would be to make it vegan. Do they have vegan sour cream? I’m new to this not eating meat thing. lol
