We love this Creamy Avocado Dressing we drizzle it on just about everything!  Perfect for blackened fish tacos, veggie dip & so much more.

Yield: about 2 cups

Ingredients:
1 large avocado, peeled and mashed with 2 tablespoons lemon juice


1/4 cup canned coconut milk

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup chopped sweet onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

Dash cayenne pepper

Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Chill and serve.

  11. I love making my own dressing. It is so much more satisfying (and usually healthier) than store bought. I love the idea of avocado and cilantro! Such great flavors

  16. I love avocados and my whole family is crazy about avocado dressing! Usually we just pick up a bottle of dressing from the supermarket. But now that I have your delicious homemade recipe, I’ll try making it at home. Right now I have all the ingredients on hand except for the cilantro. Thanks for sharing your recipe inspiration!   19. Yum, this sounds really good, and I love the ingredients-all fresh and healthy and vegetarian. 🙂 I need to figure out what a replacement for the sour cream would be to make it vegan. Do they have vegan sour cream? I’m new to this not eating meat thing. lol
