Our family loves Fall, and one of our favorite fall recipes is my homemade apple sauce. I serve it up warm over a scoop of Coconut Ice Cream, or there’s Logan’s way straight up in his favorite coffee cup!(no need for it to cool) What are some of your favorite ways to eat apples? 3lbs small red delicious apples
2 cups of Pure Coconut Water
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup Organic Light Brown Sugar
In a saucepan, combine apples, coconut water, sugar, brown sugar & cinnamon sticks. Cover and cooker over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes or until apples are soft. Allow the apples to cool and add to a blender or Cuisinart. 9you can mash by hand with a potato masher)
