  1. This is SO dead on. Especially just the little things like, we live in a stress filled world so it’s affecting our bodies so much more. I am currently sick with a cold, but I honestly think that part of it is that I’ve been stressed out and I’m more worn down cause I hardly get sick. We so need to listen to ourselves and our bodies and what we need.

    1. Stress can bring on so many illnesses. You’re 100% correct we need to listen to our bodies and do what they are asking us to do; even when it’s hard too. Hope you feel better soon!

  2. We have all been really focusing on cutting back on sugar as a whole family. It’s amazing how much is in the food we eat – even options that we think are healthy!

  6. Listening to your gut when it comes to your health is some great advice. no one knows your body like you do. My mother had this issue where she would go and tell her doctor she felt different (shes diabetic) and they kept telling her her blood work is fine and nothing is wrong. She finally got a really bad flu and was admitted to the hospital since she could not eat. There they did more tests and found out that her thyroid was too active and they had to reduce the meds she was on to keep it level. This did the trick and she was back to herself in days. just goes to show that your should listen to what your body is telling you. Thanks for the post very influential.

  13. I agree so much with the fact that health is not physical, but mental too! We often overlook and ignore that.
