  10. I love the idea behind this summit! I struggle with anxiety and have been trying different ways to be less stressed and grounded. Right now, I focus on my nightly routine before bed where I dedicate 15 minutes to a mini facial, and then read in bed. Any other ideas on how to stay calm and more centered are well appreciated!
