Celebrate Taco Tuesday with our latest taco recipe Lone Star Beer Fish Taco’s!!

-1 Lone Star Beer in the Can

-½ Lime

-1 clove chopped Garlic

-1 tsp chili powder

-2 cup bread crumbs

-6 medium pieces of grouper

-Corn Tortillas

-Queso Fresco



-2 Eggs

-2 TBSP canola oil

-Romaine Lettuce

-1 cup cilantro

– diced avocado

-Hot sauce (optional)


Take beer, lime, garlic and chili powder and mix together.  Put fish in mixture and marinate at least one hour.  Then, take out of marinade and pat dry with paper towel.  Pre-heat large frying pan to medium and heat canola oil.  Place fish in beaten egg mixture, shake off excess egg and then put in breadcrumbs making sure each filet is coated evenly.  Once complete, shake off any breadcrumb excess and place in hot pan.  Cook each side about 2 minutes or until browned.  Once cooked, put fish in warm tortilla and top with Queso Fresco, lettuce, cilantro, siracha and even salsa if you wish.  Eat warm and enjoy!
