Why should you drink Tumeric Tea? Turmeric Tea is a wonderful natural alternative to boost your immune system, ease inflammation, assist with digestion and it helps you achieve a perfect nights sleep. What more can you ask for:)

 Turmeric Tea AKA Golden Milk

  • Prep time: 5 Minutes
  • Cook time: 3 Minutes
  • Total time: 8 Minutes
  • Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients: 

2 cups of non-dairy milk(I prefer coconut milk)

1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality Essential Oil

1 drop Ginger Vitality Essential Oil


1 tsp of Turmeric

1 tsp of raw honey(optional)

dash of Cinnamon

Pour coconut milk into a small saucepan, whisk in 1 tsp of Turmeric and heat for 2-3 minutes over medium heat until hot. Be careful not to have the heat too high or you will burn the milk. Remove the pot from the heat and add one drop of Ginger & one drop of Cinnamon. Now, sit back and enjoy!

  1. I have heard of this golden drink but really never knew anything about how it was made or what health benefits there were. I do need to get the correct essentials oils but really easy to make and use.

  4. Im glad I stumbled across this. I love cinnamon, and I love drinks that help with inflammation. Did you get it to taste on your first try? Whenever I try stuff I have to mess around a bit before I get it to my liking.
