If you’re looking for a quick meal that the kids can help prepare, then you landed in the right place.  Our Naan Personal Pan Pizza recipe it’s ready in less than 30 minutes, and clean-up is a snap.

Servings 6

2 packages Stonefire Naan All Natural 8.8 Oz, Garlic (Pack of 3)

1 jar Organic Sauce, Tomato Basi

1 package Organic Alfredo, Seasoning Mix

1 green bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

2 Roma tomatoes

1 large onion

1 8oz package fresh mushrooms

1/2 freshly sliced mozzarella ( I prefer Boar’s Head)

1/2 pound fresh pepperoni( again Boar’s Head is my go to)

red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 25.4 Fl. Oz.

Instructions:

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. Grab a large cookie sheet. Next,  julienne slice peppers, onions and tomatoes. Add 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a large skillet toss in peppers & onions sautee until temder. Now add tomatoes & mushrooms. After all the veggies are sauteed remove from the heat and set them aside. Now, get your sauces prepared; alfredo per the instructions on the packet. Once your sauces are ready it is now time assemble your naan pan personal pizzas.  I like to make 2 alfredo & four red sauce pizzas. Place sauce on each naan bread(3 tablespoons or more depends how much sauce you like), add peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms add 2 slices of pepperoni too . Place 2 slices of mozzarella cheese on each personal pizza. Place pizzas on cookie sheet; bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Once removed from the oven let the pizzas rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with crushed red pepper.  Enjoy! You can always sub in any ingredients; kids usually have a lot of funny picking out their pizza toppings.

  2. I never thought about making a pizza with naan before, but it sounds really good. I’ve tried a sample of that bread in the store, but never knew what to do with it. Thanks for the idea. I’m here from the Productive Moms Link-Up.

    1. I like Naan better because is is softer and a lot more flavorful.
