If you’re looking for a quick grab and go healthy snack then I highly recommend trying our No Bake Protein Bites. They are easy to make and are packed with healthy ingredients to help you start your day off right.  Also, a great snack for busy kids too or mom’s on the go.

Yields 32 Bites

prep time 15 minutes  Ready to eat: 1hr 30mins


Ingredients:

2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Organic Oats Rolled

1 cup Navitas Naturals Organic Raw Cacao Nibs Sweetened, 4-Ounce Pouches you can also use SunSpire, Semi-Sweet Organic Chocolate Chips

1 scoop Vibe Viva Vanilla Protein Powder

1 cup Whole Earth – Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter  substitute  Once Again Organic Almond Butter, Crunchy if you have peanut allergies

2/3 cup GloryBee Organic Raw Clover Honey

2 teaspoons Simply Organic Pure Vanilla Extract

 

Combine oats, chocolate chips, peanut butter or almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; form into  medium size balls( a little smaller than a golf ball) using your hands. Arrange in a Rubbermaid 10.4-Cup Freezer Blox Food Storage Container using wax paper to separate layers. Place in freezer for 1hr and 30mins. Keep refrigerated.
