  1. Very interesting! I love all the different people that you interview for your posts. I am interested in doing something similar for travel, but it is hard to get people interested.

  11. I agree with the good doctor that there is a beyond that we must take into account. Her five pillar of wholistic health is important and nutrition is one aspect of that journey. I enjoyed the podcast.
    Just a suggestion, it might help to give a synopsis and a snippet so folks get a taste of what to expect. 35 minutes is not so easy… 🙂
