How I approach HEALTH COACHING…

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how every area of your life is impacting your health & well-being.  I lift up the hood; look at all the parts even the ones that seem to work well. I like to get a complete picture before we start on this journey together.

My unorthodox approach does not dwell on calories and diet. I do believe it is important to find the foods that are creating hurdles, but when we eliminate those, we must replace them with whole foods that will increase energy, brain power, and happiness.  This process needs to be fun(not all times), but if we make it hard instead of teaching you how to eat and feel better, we will not accomplish very much.

I will be with you every step of the way.  We will create goals in the areas of your life where you need them most. As we progress, we will begin to understand the foods and lifestyle choices that fit you and your family best.  A mother of 4 isn’t going to have the same lifestyle as a single woman.  It’s important to find out what works and ditch what doesn’t!

Together, we will create a personalized program that will radically improve your health and spiritual well-being.  Giving you the tools and choices to achieve balance and happiness.
