Sriracha Pepper Steak
2 1/2 lbs of beef ( I used 1lb of sirlion & 1 1/2 of center cut chuck) cut into strips
2 large peppers 1 red & 1 green (chopped)
1 large onion(chopped)
2 tblspoon of garlic powder
4 tblspoon olive oil
2 tblspoons of flour
1 can garlic stewed tomatoes (include liquid)
3 tblspoon of soy sauce
1 tblspoon of honey
2 tblspoon of sriracha
1/4 cup beef broth
– Sprinkle strips of sirloin with flour, garlic powder, salt & pepper. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and brown the seasoned beef strips. Transfer to a slow cooker.
– Add 1/4 beef broth to slow cooker. Stir in onion, green& red peppers, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, honey, and sriracha.
Place in slow cooker on high for 4hrs
Plate on rice and bring the Sriracha to the table!
