I have been trying to master artisan bread for years, and I mean FOR YEARS. I never seem to get it right; it is either comes out as hard as a hockey puck, or it has more holes in it than a piece of swiss cheese. I found several no knead recipes on the web, but none of them used bread flour(to me the bread is lighter when you use bread flour) several like this one used the pot but not bread flour.
