  4. Really great info in this interview! Habits are difficult to break, so it’s always best to attack unwanted ones with this sort of structure. It’s always best to understand that it won’t happen overnight too

  6. Habits are habits for a reason. They took time to form, so they will take time to lose. It’s just something you really have to be motivated for and it will work.
