Cilantro Haze Salsa

2 dried chili’s (remove the stem and seeds)

4 garlic cloves (diced)

½ bunch cilantro

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp sugar

1 tablespoon cumin

½ tablespoon Kosher salt

½ of lime juiced 

2 cans diced tomatoes(remove the juice and set it aside)
Take Chili’s, tomatoes and cilantro and place in a blender at low speed until mixed but still chunky (use as little of the “juice” from the tomatoes as possible).  Put mixture into large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.  Mix well and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
