  1. I don’t think I would be able to do that yoga pose in 5 weeks, no matter what program I were following. I wish you the best! My husband and I are trying to start a walking program to help him in his recovery following hip replacement surgery, and I hope to lose a few pounds as well.

    1. LOL! I am pretty sure I won’t be able to either but I going to give it a try:) Walking programs are ideal for people who are recovering from surgeries or injuries. Good Luck on your weight-loss journey.

  3. Great post! I don’t see anything about healthy food so my suggestion would be to, add easy and healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 🙂

    1. Chole, I believe your psychological health is a major part of why you may lose or not lose weight. A lot of us are emotional eaters and non-eaters; so yes our mental health needs to be considered when we are talking about weight.

  8. It is a great idea! I get conscious of my health once I received a lot of comments telling me I gained weight. Although many want to see me gain weight but I dread of having fats. I am now doing some work out to burn my belly fats most specially the lower belly fats. It would be great to read some tips on how to avoid bloating and exercises to reduce excess fats effectively.
