Why should you drink Tumeric Tea? Turmeric Tea is a wonderful natural alternative to boost your immune system, ease inflammation, assist with digestion and it helps you achieve a perfect nights sleep.

 Turmeric Tea AKA Golden Milk

  • Prep time: 5 Minutes
  • Cook time: 3 Minutes
  • Total time: 8 Minutes
  • Yield: 2 Servings

2 cups of non-dairy milk(I prefer coconut milk)

1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality Essential Oil

1 drop Ginger Vitality Essential Oil

1 tsp of Turmeric

1 tsp of raw honey(optional)

dash of Cinnamon

Pour coconut milk into a small saucepan, whisk in 1 tsp of Turmeric and heat for 2-3 minutes over medium heat until hot. Be careful not to have the heat too high or you will burn the milk. Remove the pot from the heat and add one drop of Ginger & one drop of Cinnamon. Now, sit back and enjoy!
